Fellowship Trained, Mohs Surgeon

Scott F. Lindsey MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist fellowship-trained in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery. He has expertise treating a broad range of dermatologic conditions ranging from melanoma and keratinocyte carcinomas to complex medical and pediatric dermatology including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, rashes, warts, acne, and cysts. He has published 16 peer-reviewed journal articles and has given numerous lectures both around the United States and internationally.

Dr. Lindsey completed a one-year Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery fellowship accredited by the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. In the clinic, he performs a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, micro-needling, sclerotherapy, thread lifts, scar revision, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and both ablative and nonablative laser treatments.

Dr. Lindsey grew up in Winter Park, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and then completed his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. In medical school, he was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society and graduated with research distinction. After medical school, Dr. Lindsey completed a one year clinical and research fellowship focusing on the treatment and diagnosis of melanoma. He continued his training by completing a one-year internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and subsequently completed his dermatology residency at the University of Miami. Dr. Lindsey continued his education by completed a one-year fellowship at the Skin Institute where he was trained in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Margaret Rinker

Dr. Margaret Rinker is a board certified dermatologist who has been in private practice in the Tampa Bay area since 2001.Dr. Rinker received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Furman University and her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia and then a residency in Dermatology at the University of South Florida, serving as chief resident during her third year. Dr. Rinker is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is also a member of the Florida West Coast Society of Dermatology and the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery.

Dr. Rinker sees patients of all ages. She focuses on both general and surgical dermatology as well as cosmetic treatments, including Botox. She strives to give quality personalized care to all of her patients.

 

Dermatologist

Amanda Sergay, MD is a board-certified dermatologist, originally from the Tampa area. Dr. Sergay graduated with her undergraduate degree from Emory University and the Medical Degree from University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her residency in dermatology at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. After practicing for seven years in New York, Dr. Sergay moved back to Tampa with her family.

Her practice encompasses medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, treating both adults and children. Dr. Sergay is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. She has done extensive research in the field with numerous publications in peer reviewed journals.

 

 

Physician Assistant Certified

Hilarie Reinders
Hilarie Reinders rejoins PHDermatology after receiving her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Southern California University of Health Sciences. Prior to PA school, Hilarie obtained her Bacherlor’s of Science degree from the University of Florida. She worked and trained with PHDermatology prior to and throughout her undergraduate program, which fueled her passion for medical and cosmetic dermatology and allowed her to pursue becoming a Physician Assistant. She is honored to rejoin our PHDermatology family and we are excited for her return!

Hilarie is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and she is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys competing in triathlons, swimming in open waters, being active outdoors, and spending time wit her Shiba Inu puppy, Kai.
